Cancellation Policy

When canceling within 24 hours of scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee. In case of special request, an exceptional cancellation policy may apply. This must be explicitly agreed upon between the operator, the customer and the agent .All activities depend on weather/sea conditions and nauticdrive is not responsible for cancellation due to said conditions.

Nauticdrive is not responsible for damage or loss of any personal belongings.
It is forbidden the use of electronic equipment, cameras/photographs during the experience.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to do the experience and there will be no refund
